Tuesday night the council appointed a new township manager.  Mr. Hvozovic has no education in public administration and no experience in managing a township.  He is uniquely unqualified for this position.  Mr. Hvozovic is, however, chair of the South Brunswick Democratic Committee.

This appointment is blatant partisan politics.  The residents of South Brunswick deserve better than this.  South Brunswick is a large and growing town.  We need a professional manager, not an on-the-job trainee.

I don't know what those who voted for this appointment gained through their actions.  I do know what they lost: their integrity.
